Host site: 4th year APPLE VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL has hosted summer pole vault camps Directions to Apple Valley HS
Poles included, please don't bring any we have every pole.
What included:
- Pole-Vaulting Poles: Essx, Gill, UCS vaulting poles
- Small groups: 10 vaulters pre-session 1:5 ratio
- Camp T-shirt
- 2 Coaches at all times
- Full access to the outdoor gymnastics playground
- Guess Speakers: Elite Pole vaulters
- Train with some of the best vaulters in Mn
- Great coaches
- Olympic size pit
- Video break down of vault
- DVD of your jumps and frame by frame pictures of your jumps
Times...
- Group 1 (8am-10am)
- Group 2 (10am-12pm)
- Group 3 (1pm-3pm)
- Group 4 (6pm-8pm)
