Rental Rates and Terms

Rental rates are calculated based on the season, time of day and space to be rented.

Seasons

• Rates are highest during the busy indoor training months of January, February and March.
• Rates are medium during the shoulder months of October, November, December and April.
• Rates are lowest during May, June, July, August and September.

Time of Day

• Rates are highest during the weekday evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons and evenings.

Rental Rates

• Bay 1: 45’x 90’ of turf with 4 x 70’cages  -- $60 - $90 per hour
• Bay 2: 45’x 90’ of turf with 2 x 70’cages  -- $60 - $90 per hour
• Grid Turf: 135’ x 45’ of turf  -- $90 - $120 per hour
• Volleyball Court with nets  -- $60 - $90 per hour
• ½ Basketball Court  -- $50 - $80 per hour
• Four lane, 60 yard track  -- $60 - $90 per hour
• Fully equipped Olympic weight lifting area  -- $60 - $90 per hour
• Single Batting Cage  -- $25/Half Hour or $40 per hour
• Entire facility, including lobby and mezzanine  -- $240 - $360 per hour

Prices do not include sales tax.

Single Batting Cages

Available Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Available on a first come first served basis. Call 952-435-7778 for availability and to reserve a cage.

Terms

• A 20% deposit is required to make a reservation.
• 1/2 of deposit will be returned if reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to first day of reservation.
• No deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the first day of the reservation.
• Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the first day of the reservation. If payment in full is not received 30 days prior to first day of reservation, then entire space will be released and 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Cash or Check accepted. NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
