Fuzion Athletics, Inc. is offering pole vault training this winter through Gleason's Gymnastics Center in Eagan, MN.
Just like our summer camps, attendees will received a high level of coaching that will challenge them to work to improve their technique so that they can excel in the upcoming competitive season.

We will be offering six week training sessions one night a week on Wednesday or Sunday night for vaulters of all ability levels from beginner to elite.
Each session will start at 5:00pm or 7:00pm on the respective night.
The Saturday 5pm sessions are as follows:
- Session 3: January 26 - March 1 (1/26,2/2,2/9,2/16,2/23,3/1)
The Sunday 5pm sessions are as follows:
- Session 3: January 27 - March 2 (1/27,2/3,2/10,2/17,2/24,3/2)
The Sunday 7pm sessions are as follows:
- Session 1: November 4 - December (11/4,11/11,11/18,11/25,12/2,12/9)
- Session 2: December 16 - January 20 (12/16,12/23,12/30,1/6,1/13,1/20)
- Session 3: January 27 - March 2 (1/27,2/3,2/10,2/17,2/24,3/2)
The Wednesday 7pm sessions are as follows:
- Session 1: November 7 - December 12 (11/7,11/14,11/21,11/28,12/5,12/12)
- Session 2: December 19 - January 23 (12/19,12/26,1/2,1/9,1/16,1/23)
- Session 3: January 30 - March 5 (1/30,1/6,1/13,1/20,1/27,3/5)
*If the sessions do not completely fill we will open up single night spots. Please contact Jamie if you would be interested in getting on a list for one of these spots.
**Note: Apple Valley athletes can only sign up for the Wednesday sessions and Armstrong athletes can only sign up for the Sunday sessions.
Poles will be included. Due to MSHSL rules you cannot jump on your schools poles in the off-season.
Each camp will be limited to 10 athletes.
No makeup days will be allowed.
The cost for each six week session is $200.
If you sign up for two sessions the cost for both is $375 (savings of $25)
If you sign up for all three sessions the cost for all three is $550 (savings of $50)

- Print and complete the Gleason's Waiver Form
