In order to post a message to Fuzion Athletics, Inc. Message Board, you must be a registered Fuzion Athletics user, but you do not need to register in order to browse or read others' posts.

Our staff has access to login to every password protected board to view the contents of those boards, as well as the ability to remove posts and/or boards that are found in violation of our terms of service.

Media Release:
Fuzion Athletics, Inc. does post Pictures and Video on www.fuzionathletics.com and are photos taking by us will be water inked, these pictures and video will be taking at pubic event such as in High School, College, and University. Any pictures and video taking during camps and on private ground a release wavier will be signed by Athletes and Parents. Release form is required to attend any training or camp we host. Any pictures and video that are sold or give to new papers or mass media are owned by Fuzion Athletics, Inc. We hold the rights to sell are pictures and video to promote the event of track and field. Fuzion Athletics, Inc. will use owned pictures or videos of market and promote itself. All pictures and video you upload to our sever in message board you are at risk of anyone stealing it for their own. Any attempt to steal photos that are water marked without consent will be prosecuted. We are in the business of promoting our event and want to help everyone.
Changes to this policy:
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor.
